I had purchased five items from Myntra for Rs. ****. They sent me * wrong products (wrong color, wrong size). I tried to exchange, but the item has gone out of stock. When i tried to exchange one item, they again sent me a wrong item.
I was forced to return all four items, but they are refunding only Rs ****, which means I am losing Rs.*** because they made a mistake
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
