JAI RAMNANI filed complaint against Myntra Design Pvt Ltd on Apr 11, 2026
Ordered a product from Myntra, during payment it got debited twice. Raised issue at Myntra support with both the transaction details. They replied that only * transaction is successful. Raised issue in my bank with another transaction, bank confirmed transaction successful with evidence having Myntra bank account details over email. Shared it with myntra nut the case manager Vinay at Myntra escalation desk denied without checking email thoroughly. And even declined to connect with senior. Feeling cheated and lost my hard earned money.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
