I have tried contacting Myntra's customer support multiple times. Most attempts fail. When I actually do get to talk to a customer support executive, I am just told to wait till the end of the ** days time limit for refund. I haven't received the refund even after ** days. I am still trying to contact Myntra Customer Support but I am not receiving any response. This issue has just been piling onto my every day work stress. Trying to contact them repeatedly since the problem started, has been mentally tiring and distressing. I am hurt by their mistreatment of trust placed in them and by the blatant violation of their own policy.
