Sir, Mobile No ********** .Idea Portal recharge done Rs *** against Rs ***.My mobile phone is basic phone and No internet facility,but Rs *** is Internett data rechrge * rd Sep to as on date My phone no sufficient balance to talk to any person .No possitive reply from Vodafone idea Customer cate and appellate authorities and also not provide Nodal officer Mail ID.
