Vegetables - Wrong rate of item

I bought carrots from the MD section which is from previous day's items. The peice of the carrot was ₹**. I told the staff that i have took the carrots from the MD section but she still packed it as regular carrot which is from fresh vegetables. This means i got vegetables from a day before for the price of fresh vegetables. This is not acceptable. If not resolved, i will take legal actions.
