Vegetables - FRAUDULENT ORDER INCOMPLETE DELIVERY Order

To the Swiggy Support Team,

I am writing to express my absolute outrage regarding the pathetic level of service provided for my order #*************** placed on February *, ****. This isn't just a "delivery error"; this is blatant negligence and a complete failure of your fulfillment process.

Upon receiving the order from Rajidi Retail Pvt Ltd, I discovered that nearly half of my groceries were completely missing. I have been charged for items that were never delivered, which is nothing short of theft.

The following items listed on the Tax Invoice were NOT in the bag:

• Yelakki Banana (Elaichi Keli): * units (Total: Rs. **)

• Premium Guava (Peru): * unit (Total: Rs. **)

• Vari Brinjal (Vange): * units (Total: Rs. **)

• Indian Tomato (Tamata): * unit (Total: Rs. *)

It is disgraceful that while you are quick to charge "Handling Fees" and taxes, you cannot manage the basic task of ensuring a customer actually receives what they paid for. I am now stuck with an incomplete order and the massive inconvenience of having to chase down a refund for your incompetence.

Additionally, I need to mention that this time product was received in a different box. And not in an original Swiggy instamat packing See the attached photograph.

I demand an immediate and full refund for the missing items (Total: Rs. ***) to my original payment method. I do not want "Swiggy Money" or generic apologies from a bot. Fix this immediately, or I will be escalating this complaint to the Consumer Forum and across social media platforms to highlight Swiggy’s deteriorating reliability.

I expect a confirmation of my refund within the hour.
