Actually I ordered vegetables from big basket on Sunday in the earliest possible slot of Tuesday because Monday slot is not available and I have waited on Tuesday until **:** PM for delivery but suddenly msg was came that your order was cancelled and I messaged and called the customer service but there no proper response and making me fool by until ** mins. And they maked the order for Thursday again I want to wait for * days for vegetables, they accepted their side mistake only atleast they should have to deliver as tomorrow right but they saying it's not possible they only done mistake and they only make the customer fools for more than * days waiting period. And no proper response also.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
