Indiamart Intermesh Ltd - WRONG PROIMISES NO QUALITY SERVICE DELIVERED

We were not deliver the quality of service which was promised by your sales team,there were many loopholes for us as a supplier on your portal /leads
which i had complained to your team many times but there was no positive response.
I had very bad experience with Indiamart ,there was no return on investment .

In * years of my service with you there was never a supplier meeting , we suppliers have better knowledge about our product and market ,you never did a market survey taking us in loop
how do you take decisions regarding our market without consulting us .

Your sales team give fake promises ,your single inquiry goes to more then ** suppliers ,there are so many fraud ,irrelevant ,fake ,duplicate ,budgetary inquiry filtering genuine inquiry is a task.

You have increased the buylead making business easy for manufacturer and all the traders are at loss , you have increased market competition so much by your wrong decision

The complaint will go on. Last lockdown i had requested to either refund the total amount back as i did not not receive the "quality service " which was promised or extend the service by * months , i will prefer total amount refund as your company failed to deliver the main part of the service which is quality .
