Indiamart Intermesh Ltd - Customer database not provided

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with IndiaMart's policy of not allowing the export of our own customer leads. It has recently come to my attention that while importing leads to IndiaMart is permissible, exporting our own customer leads is not. This policy is not only restrictive but also misleading, hindering our ability to effectively manage and utilize our business data.

We were under the impression that using IndiaMart's platform would facilitate smoother business operations, including the management of customer leads. However, this one-sided policy, which allows only the import of leads but not the export, feels unfair and borders on fraudulent, particularly as there was no clear indication of such a restriction when we signed up.

I strongly urge IndiaMart to reconsider this policy. Failing to provide us access to our own customer data infringes on our rights as business owners and undermines the trust and transparency necessary in a business partnership.
