Sir,
I placed order on */*/**** for two ladies night suits of Maysixty brand for my elder sister who is ** Yrs. Old. I found both of them to be of poor quality. Fitness issue and one of them was for marron with white floral print which was not marron but blue with white floral print. On **/*/**** itself i sent request for return of products and refund of money. The courier boy came and refused to pick up the products for the reasons that it does not match though the products were same which were received and immediately on receipt of the same, i sent return request.
I sent complaint to Myntra at Support Myntra.com three/four times. I also spoken to the representatives of Myntra and everybody assured to look into matter and also to report to senior executive of Myntra. Last i spoken to one Sh. Rohit on **.**.**** who assured me to solve this issue and requested me to cancel my complaints sent at Myntra support email id. He assured me that within three days i will get update on my return status but nothing has happened till date. The night suits are still lying with me duly packed but are not picked up which shows that Myntra company is not interested in helping its customer though its policy allows the customer to return the product within given time.
The order site of account shows issue resoled though the issue is still not resolved.
Till date the products are not picked up and refund is not initiated. I am senior citizen and the company is playing games with me. The company does not want to return my money. I have spoken number of times to Myntra representatives, sent complaints also but till now the issue is not resolved and false report is shown against my orders that there is no issue though issues are not resolved. My faith is shaken because of non cooperative attitude of Myntra representatives. Merely updating the customer with updates of the complaint is not sufficient. The grievance must also be resolved which is unfortunately not redressed till date.
Myntra asked me to sent images of products, its tags and Invoices. I sent everything as desired by the company people. But of no avail. Now i find that Myntra is lacking in providing services to the customers.
