Hi, I had placed an order for products worth **** and there were arriving in * shipments. One shipment of products worth **** was delivered to me on **th February **, as soon as I opened the package all the products were different and though on top of the box my name was written, I found a bill inside with a different name. The very next moment I took pictures of it and raised a replacement or refund request, though all the prouducts are sealed and intact my replacement has been canceled twice. I am frustrated that I’m at a loss of **** rupees for a mistake that was done by the company and now I am left with products I didn’t even order. I’m disappointed that I’m going through so much stress from * days as a student this is not a small amount for me and the fact that such a big brand can make such mistakes of sending wrong products and not even resolving it. Neither do the customer care team recieve call nor the emails are being delivered. Please help me out
