I ordered saree worth Rs.****+** as delivery charge, received wrong product have been following up on WhatsApp number and their office number no body responded or bothered.
This is a fraud company kindly need to taken an action against it.
I have written several emails to return the product no response.
They are fooling customers by sending wrong product and cheap product which is different from pictures shown on website.
Why does this company still exists even after writing so many complaints .
Need to take an action and complaint against this.
They haven't refunded nor have processed for return.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
