Craze & Demand - Not refunding my money

I had ordered a lengha choli from crazendemand. It reached to me on ** Feb **. It was of very low-quality stuff so I asked them to refund my money and they said 'first you have to courier the package and then we will refund your money in our website wallet' so that I can only purchase from there website. I asked them to return it to my bank account or to my paytm account. But they said no this is the only way to get my money.
