Craze & Demand - Refund not done in to my bank account

This is with subject to my dress order AWB -************* was returned and its delivery to u is also successfully done now as the refund amt of Rs-*** is wrongly placed in to crazeand demands wallet I need that money in to my bank details of which has been already forwarded to you but instead of transferring my fund in to my bank account you have put it in to wallet of craze and demand which was not even needed as your executive have already committed me to put my money in to my bank account but still this has not happened above all your call center no is always engage your what's no is not responding to any of my messages now it's high time
Inspire of several reminders and request you are not transferring my money in to my bank account so this is my last req to you to do the needful or else I will file complain against your irresponsible and ignoring behievour towards your customers .
Hope you will transfer my money from your wallet to my bank account after receiving this reminder
