AJIO Reliance Retail Ltd - Wrong product was picked during exchange

order FL**********
On **th august ****, order no. ***** was exchanged but instead of taking item (light green with white printed palazzo) corresponding to this order ID the courier guy took the another item (Dark green one , order ID *****).
The product that was supposed to be picked was avaasa palazzo kurta set worth in green and white without dupatta.
I am attaching the photo of product with price tag.
However, the courier person took another set which was also in green color but it was with dupatta.
Now we have two sets of this green palazzo set without dupatta (image attached in mail.)
One, ofcouse, we had to keep and one was to be picked but he didn't take it.
Please resolve this at earliest. It has been such disappointment.
I have been writing mails from **st August **** almost every other day to Ajio customer care and their grievance officer but no response
They once asked me for additional details like pictures of the clothes and delivery guy's no. And I had provided all details to them but still no response.
Please look into it and help me. I am attaching screenshot for your reference.
