I ordered Duke ortho pain relief flip flop via Ajio on Feb **, ****, as a COD option.
On Feb **, the delivery executive called me and shared the link for payment. I paid the Rs ***/- via the link and after that, I decided not to accept the product and asked him to return it. He did the same without handing me the product and returned it back.
When I contacted Ajio customer care for the refund they mention they refunded the Ajio points to me and not the amount I paid via the link. Even after sharing the payment details with the Ajio team, they emailed me as they won't refund the amount of Rs*** back.
Because of this I feel cheated and raising this complaint
