Dear Sir/Madam,
I ordered a Jacket but received Completely different product, despite many times return requested my refund not intiated, but on **.**.**** my shipment picked up but courier company didn't marked this as successful pickup, on **.**.**** my return request cancelled and still my product is with courier company, aslo my return request timeline is over, even if courier company give back my product, how can i create request for return?
This caused me mental agony and I wat my refund asap, otherwise i will go to consumer forum for violations of CCPA Act **** & creating Customer mental agony.
