I ordered this product on **nd June, and it was supposed to be delivered on the same day, but it got delayed and received on **rd June. Till this it was okay but when i check the received product is different than i ordered it. So, i raised the complaint for the replacement but without resolving the issue they have closed my complaint.
Till date my query is not resolved. I spoke with customer service person and even with their senior, but they are ready to provide me the resolution.
I asked them for the refund but still they are not ready to do it.
I want compensation for the inconvenience caused.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
