So I ordered a monitor on jiomart
Initially the application only showed that tha order is shipped
No way to cancel the order
I kept calling the customer care
They only said your order is not confirmed and you will get refunded
No refund was provided
Then on *th March shadowfax started showing out for delivery
But then it got rescheduled and no way to know where is my order other than on shadowfax which says nearest hub
I want to cancel the order but there is no way
I do not even want the monitor now just return my money
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
