I ordered a trouser (size **). they sent me size **. i have asked them to refund. They are stalling. Every say thet=y send me a message that we have scheduled a pick up and immediately send a message saying it is cancelled (i can't be reached). There are no customer care persons only bots. Who repeat the same thing.They are committing fraud
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
