Wrogn - Wrong product delivered and not accepting return or exchange

Ordered a shirt from Wrogn website on Oct * ****. I received a shirt and women tshirt from some other brand on Oct ** **** after a long delay. Tried reaching them through email, whatsapp text, and phone call on the same day but no response. On Oct ** **** I reached out to their support number again and they arranged for a pickup and no actions needed from my end. Their courier partner xpresbees denied the pickup saying the product does not match with the actual image which I why I raised an issue. Return pickup agent asked me to inform wrogn. Now wrogn saying this is not their issue and asking me to reach courier partner. Courier partner says it's not their issue and asking me to check with seller.
