I have an order (Order No. WG******_EX***) for which I requested an exchange for a Small size on * Nov. Pickup was done from my address on * Nov, but the exchange product hasn't been shipped yet. I called customer care on **th November and was told that it would be shipped within * days, but the status remains the same.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
