Koovs - Wrong product received

I ordered *pair of online shopping site koovs, bit I received totally different product, they delivered two pair of low quality shoes to me worth rupees *** and I paid ****, koovs is saying return or replace is not applicable on this product. I want me money back they did a fraud with me.
