Lovejeet filed complaint against Koovs on May 13, 2020
I had placed a prepaid order on ** March ****. I was scheduled to be delivered on ** March **** but they were not able to deliver. After that it got stuck due to lockdown and I decided to cancel my order and asked for refund ..now they product had reached back to seller on * May **** but he again returned it to courier partner.. I don’t know what is going on ..I have simply asking them to issue my refund as I was undelivered but they have been reassuring my for past one month giving excuses.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
