I placed on order on myntra for 'puma women blue muse satin EP sneakers on **st December **** (order no : *******-*******-*******). When order was delivered on **/*/****, there was an entirely different product inside. I immediately filed a return request citing the reason clearly. However my request was rejected and so i contacted customer care by phone and i was asked to provide snapshot and price tag of the product delivered. Even after providing snapshot of the wrong item delivered and repeated requests, myntra has declined to return and refund the amount of the product.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
