I had ordered wacom graphic tablet on *nd march **** and I received wrong product a water bottle on *th march ****. Payment mode was cash on delivery. When I complained against it to flipkart.. they delayed it by saying "return that you have raised is wrong.. again raise it" and I called and mailed them number of times.. each time they said "they are working on it". Now after * month when I call them they say return date is over.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
