Ajio - Wrong Product Received From Ajio

i order a product from ajio on **th June ****, unfortunately i received a wrong product on **th June, then i raised a return request on **th June , original product is of Buda Jeans Co : Slim Fit Denim Shirt with Patch Pockets instead received a wrong product from a company named - highlander, my complain was raised and a Complaint Id was given on **th june, my product was then picked up on **th june , today on **th June they denied my return request saying they have sent the correct product and was investigated by ajio's backend team despite talking to customer care and grievance officer i am left helpless
