I have ordered * necklace set and they have sent me a pair of earrings. So I have initiated return request but in the time of pickup they said "it is not matching with the product showing on the picture, so this product doesn't passed the quality check, so we can't return it" And by saying that they gave me that product back and gone, so I complained about it and the customer care executive said to reinitiate the return request, so I reinitiated the return request and again the same thing happened, they didn't pickup the product by saying it doesn't passed the quality check, I have complained again and nothing happened till now. Please help

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
