I have ordered a Timex men watch with two year warranty from Paytm at Rs. **** but they delivered me women Timex watch which is golden colour and duplicate with no warranty card. I have ordered it on *th November and it arrived on **th November, immediately I returned on the same time..But they are refusing to take and customer care service is very bad... I am persuing my btech at NIT Rourkela and ordered the product at the same place.. Please help..
