CHANDRAPAL SAHU filed complaint against Amazon on Oct 29, 2022
I had order dumbbells for *** Kgs=* Kgs in hexagon shape, but Amazon delivered *** Kgs= * Kgs in round shape, that is totally different product first.
But when asked for return pick up there is no proper response from customer support, just gave false commitment that today pick up will done or tomorrow surely pick up done, had called * times to customer support and spoke to * difference executive but no one capable of solving the problems even they are harassed mentally by asking me to confirm the account.
I also got pick up contact number, but that guy never received call and updating fake comments * times that package is not ready for pick up. Fully wasted my time and being mentally torchered by Amazon company people.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
