Dear Team,
Good Day.
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the extremely poor and unacceptable service I received from one of your delivery partners.
The delivery associate, Selvam (Mob: **********), was assigned to deliver my parcel from Amazon. However, instead of attempting a proper delivery, he gave a missed call (single ring) at around **:** PM yesterday and disconnected immediately. Despite multiple attempts from my end to reach him, there was no response. It appears that he did not visit my location and falsely updated the status as “customer not available.”
I would also like to highlight that this is not an isolated incident. The same delivery partner has behaved similarly in the past as well.
Further, today morning, he contacted me and demanded additional payment for delivering the package. He clearly stated that unless I pay him, he would return the package to Amazon or asked me to collect it from his office. This is completely unacceptable, as the order has already been fully paid for.
While requesting tips politely is one thing, demanding money in an arrogant and coercive manner is highly unprofessional and unethical. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the delivery partner but also damages the reputation of both Amazon and Shadowfax.
I request you to:
Take strict action against the concerned delivery partner
Ensure my package is delivered without any additional charges
Investigate this repeated misconduct and prevent such incidents in the future
This kind of service experience is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.
