I placed an order with FnP for Rakhi delivery to Boston, US. I chose a two Rakhi combo, one of which was a bracelet style for my American sister-in-law. The idea was to gift her something traditional Indian so she could wear it even after Rakhi was over. FnP delivered the wrong product - instead of the bracelet they delivered another Rakhi that I had not chosen. The Rakhi delivered was flashy - something that I wouldn't want her to wear. When I informed FNP about it, they said that "The images displayed on the website are indicative in nature. Since we are overwhelmed with orders, we hope you understand our constraints in delivering exactly the same product as shown on the website." This qualifies under wrong delivery of product. I would like to file a complaint against the company. Rakhi is over now and I couldn't send the desired gift to my brother's family.
