I had an ordered smart watch from online company zookr. The product which the had shown and which I received is totally different. When I requested him through mail and telephonic conversation they refused to exchange my product. But in their policy it is clearly mentioned that if wrong product delivered they are liable to refund or exchange that product.Now they are not replying to my emails and not receiving my phone calls.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
