In this online shopping I had ordered for two lehenga sets, each worth of Rs ****/totally ****/.On ** June ****.I paid Rs**** on the day of booking to the bank detail they provided on what's app.even they promised me to deliver the product within Friday.as I had some function.but I got the product on Saturday or **th June at *.** pm and I paid ****/to the aramex courier person.
What I had ordered was different and delivered was totally different. I immediately informed about the wrong product to the company through what's app and they also promised me to take back their product and refund my money.But then onwards they are not responding to phone mail and even chat too.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
