To our disappointment, the quality and appearance of the dress were entirely different from that of the picture provided by the company in the Instagram Page. It is nothing when compared to the original picture and the colour was fake. They assured me * days return policy but when we informed this to the company they told return will not be taken and blocked our WhatsApp number and further contacts.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
