From this online shopping I have selected two lehenga sets worth of Rs **** each totally Rs **** on **th June ****.I paid ****Rs to the bank details they have sent through what's app at the time of purchase and they said remaining amount should be pay at the time of deliver to the courier person.
They promised me to deliver the product within *days ie on Friday as I had function. But delivered on Saturday at *.**pm . The one I had ordered was different from that which was delivered.I immediately informed them about the wrong product through what's app. They too promised to pickup their product and refund. But then onwards they are not answering my call, mail and even chat too!
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
