complaint dated **.**.****I ordered Wonderchef Nutri-blend Black with Juicer attachment but you have delivered blender with long jar. Please send my order or pay the amount ASAP .
Subsequently * calls at customer care, * reminder emails, msg on twitter.
No response. Repeated reply by the customer care team ( Milnd/ Paresh) that complaint sent to back end. God knows who are these back end .
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
