I ordered Lenovo ***s **.* inch Laptop but received a different product. I placed a return request and contacted Flipkart support multiple times to replace the order. They simply dragged the issue stating that they are working on this. Now all of a sudden they blocked my Flipkart account and simply send a mail stating that we are unable to process and cancelled my request.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
