Koovs.com - Wrong product delivered

Koovs delivered the wrong product. I ordered for Koovs slim fit trouser and they have delivered a black polo T-shirt. I have reported this incident to Koovs right after seeing the product but Koovs not taking any action. I want my money back in a refund.
