My Order Id: ******* had two products. One is pending for refund. Had returned the product ** days back on *th Sep. Return reference no.- *C****. Pls refund my amount in the bank details provided . It was my first time shopping with you. Pathetic response and too much hassle in return and refunds.
My other product is collected First for exchange but exchange product is not received yet by me. Absolutely annoying. Kindly cancel it and refund my entire amount.
