I ordered a shirt from Koovs and the website asked us to pay online. I did so and it’s been ** days now. I haven’t received any email for accepting of my order or shipping the product. I have tried emailing them calling them sending texts on WhatsApp but nothing works. I just want to know if I’m going to receive my order or not.
