I had ordered a dress from Jaipur designer on **/**/**** with the Order number: JD************ for the first time with lots of expectations. My first experience made me very sad and unhappy. The dress I ordered and the dress I received was totally different. Thereafter I requested the company to return the product and deliver me the product which I actually ordered for, but instead of resolving my issue, the company neither exchanged the product nor refunded my amount. Though they asked me to share my bank account details with them and I did. Now I am worried that they might misuse my bank details. I have attached the image of the products along with the order details.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
