i have bought one kurta in xxxl size for ****,they send a cheap small size kurta which will cost in market hardly ***-***.after so many calls and mails they send their add and i return it back on my own cost for *** rs. they have no policy to refund money so i ordered again a wollen stole,this time they send a cheap duppatta.they are not responding my mails,phones and massenger .i dont know what to do.i want that this type of fraud companies should be banned,they are luring customer and cheating their money.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
