I have ordered orange colour Kurti on **.**.**** at **:**:** hrs vide order jd************ from jaipurdesigner.com. I have received the product on **.**.****. It was a navy blue colour Kurti with a totally different style.
I wrote them mail for returning the product on **st April morning and after that **.**.****, **.**.**** and one more times. No response has come from their end. I tried their customer help no taken from site I.E. **********. It was switched off. I did WhatsApp also for the same no response has come.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
