I ordered arrow puffer jackets of size xxxl With order no. NYK-********-******* but I received wrong product i.e arrow trouser .It happens twice with this product .I raised a ticket and they give me solution that they shipped the right product..I shared the images of wrong product with bar code but they didn't agree how this is possible if they send the correct product i.e jacket and I received trouser of same brand..when I received the product the package is closed and when I open it ,i received trouser.but the team said that brand shipped that jacket which I ordered.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
