Nyka Fashion - Poor quality of product and dint take return

I ordered a wall painting from nykaa fashion which was not a good quality at all and since return was available on it , I immediately initiated return request the very next day after delivery , after that courier partner messaged me very next day that he is unable to do pickup because of heavy rains, as a human i was okay with that , thereafter I started receiving messages that I have rescheduled pickup , to which I messaged customer care service n number of times , they made it sure that it will be picked up in next ** hours , following which I received a message that return request has been cancelled by me which was totally false. I called customer support , mailed them n number of times but no resolution being made.
