Nyka Fashion - Return and Refund issue

I had ordered a blazer and pant suit from Nykaa fashion,and had received too, but it didn't fit so i immediately returned it. But they are not picking up my return and cancelling again and again at the door without even reaching to my address. My money has not been returned. How is this service of Nykaa going to be?
