I had placed an order of google pixel worth rs ***** through flipkart logistics on *th dec. Due to some reasons i was not at home at the time of product delivery. When i came back i found that they had delivered a **** rs karbonn phone. They have rejected my return request. I have the reciept of my google pixel which shows IMEI no. Of the phone that I requested. But flipkart has not made an effort to even trace the phones location. FIR was already filed regarding this matter but no response till now.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
