I had ordered a bottle of perfume from Nykaa Man worth INR **** on **-**-**** but received some random products like face wash and loofah from them worth INR ***. The invoice inside the box also states that the order was of some other buyer. I raised a return request but they rejected it stating that they had done investigation from their end and correct product was sent. This is a complete lie as the invoice inside the box clearly mentions some other order.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
