I have received a wrong product on ** July. I have requested to return it but nothing happened. Pickup agent came and he said that i can't return your product because it didn't match the real product. As I have got the wrong product, how will it match the real one. Also I have ordered a woman t-shirt and got men t-shirt. It's been ** days. I have calling their customer care regularly but they only gives me hopes that your problem will be resolved soon but they do nothing.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
